Instructions for group visits

• If it looks like your group may be late, please call the museum as soon as possible at: 020 6202535. If you should arrive more than a half hour too late, there is the chance that (some of) the museum docents have left and/or that your visit will have to be cancelled.

• We expect the teachers/supervisors to take an active position during the visit and to be responsible for the behaviour of their students/charges. Please do not leave the group during the visit.
  
  
• Divide the students into groups before coming to the museum. Keep in mind that groups for Verzetsmuseum Junior must number no more than 8. All other groups are to be no larger than 10 students.
  
  
• Your visit will be much more interesting and meaningful if you prepare the students beforehand with lessons about the Second World War and the Dutch occupation. See the lesson suggestions on our website.

Cancellations

• For cancellations up to one month before the date of your visit, your payment will be fully refunded.
• For cancellations within one month of your scheduled visit, you will be eligible for a 50% refund on the total amount. We ask that you apply for this refund yourself.
• For cancellation on the day itself or the day before your scheduled visit, no refund will be allowed.

 Privacy

Personal information for the school’s contact person – e-mail address and cell number – are kept on file here for a period of seven years and are never provided to a third party without permission. If you would prefer that this information is removed from our files at an earlier date, please let us know via groepsbezoek@verzetsmuseum.org.
